The Share-Time Pictures' DVD movies are designed for a relative, friend, carer or Diversional therapist to share with a
Care-recipient in a familiar and popular media of television.
Viewing may be in a one-on-one situation or as a family, or
as a group activity with a Diversional therapist.
Part of the research for these products included suveying senior citizens and people in aged care centres (Phase 1) to establish their preferred interests and hobbies for inclusion as subject matter.
The results of this research indicated that watching television was a highly preferred interest of older people, which supported our concept that there was a need for engaging and appropriate movies.
